Im making these with chocolate but if you prefer plain ones, then skip the cocoa altogether. Either way your going to need peanut butter, Using about half a cup of it here. then we have a quarter cup of cocoa powder. a spoon of vanilla extract. a heaped table spoon of regular butter, one and half cup of whole wheat flour, half a cup of powdered sugar and a tea spoon of baking soda and 3/4th cup of milk. and here we have all the ingredients ready. you can even replace the whole wheat flour with maida here. so first throwing in the butter. and the sugar next. and mixing these two. it helps if the butter is a little softened already. And I’m using Amul butter. if you can then use unsalted or you can even use ghee. and now this is mixed and ill be adding the peanut butter in. And now mixing it as well. Once this is mixed in nicely im adding the  vanilla extract and mixing it well. And then goes in the flour and the cocoa powder. And also the baking soda and mix all these together. Then add milk and finally i go in with my hands and this is the dough here ready . Then this goes in the fridge for about 20 minutes. and in the meantime, preheat the pan so this is a nonstick pan and im brushing it with oil and using a wrapping paper and lining it – you can use butter paper or parchment paper. And putting the lid of and letting this heat up on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Now the cookies can be rolled into these balls and flattened slightly. I’m not making these too big since i want them to get cooked evenly. and then we just place them in the pan. I’m also topping them with some chocolate chunks- this is just chopped up dark chocolate. These get ready in about 20-25 minutes.
