Global Fusion Buffet – one of the best buffet in Mumbai!

Global Fusion Buffet
Global Fusion Buffet is something that always gets me excited!

There was a time when the Global Fusion buffet was a staple for any family outing, team meeting and so on. And it still continues to be on my favorite list, when it comes to buffet experiences in Mumbai.

Global Fusion has many outlets throughout the city, and my favorite ones are in Andheri, Bandra and Worli. Their spread is mainly Asian food and you can find everything here! From regular items like fried rice and noodles, to sushi, to stir fry veggies and lots more. In fact, they are known for their starter or appetizer spread which is almost 25-30 items and also includes a few Indian dishes. Starters, main course and lots of dessert – you will find it all in the Global Fusion Buffet.

Some of my favorite items from the Global Fusion Buffet are:

Crispy Corn with Waterchestnut

Shanghai Potatoes

Corn Cream Cakes

Vegetarian Kebabs

Stir fried veggies

Dim sum

I usually end up skipping main course because of gorging too much on appetizers. However, when I do end up eating it’s usually the noodles or rice.

Their dessert spread is also something I love. Ice creams, mini pastries, tarts and lots more. And they are also eggless!

So that was my Global Fusion Buffet experience. Do let me know if you have visited the place and what did you enjoy the most there.
